“ I love Pizza Hut but I stopped ordering at this location a while ago because of terrible customer service. I was in a rush today and had to pick up some pizza on the way home from work, so I decided to take my chances order here once again. I was very surprised to have been greeted upon walking in the door, despite it being very busy inside. I could tell that the staff was working hard to keep up with all of the orders. I paid for my pizza and was told to have a nice day with a big smile on the employees face. The staff seemed very young but they understood what good customer service is. They must be under new management because the experience I had today was completely different from what made me stop coming here. When I got home my kids almost didn't leave me a slice! I will be coming back here from now on. ”
“ after work I was craving some pizza so I order a small personal pan (it's tiny). I like Pizza Hut, the personal pan is super small but it's good enough for me instead of throwing away a whole pizza. Anyways I paid less than 5 dollars. The cashier Carlos (I think that's the name I saw on the name tag, he was the cashier around 2:10pm today 12/20/16) He was very nice he took my order immediately. He asked me if I wanted to order anything else. He gave me a approximated time of 15 min. Then to my surprise the the pizza was ready in about 10 min...Yey! Anyways I asked for one cheese and one pepper He kindly responded they ran out but he said it in a nice manner. I really like the costumer service. Plus my pizza was delicious! I'll definitely come back! ”
